Baseball Specific Training

Our baseball sport specific training is intended for athletes looking to improve their overall performance. This one hour training session focuses on baseball specific movements. Linear speed, lateral agility, rotational power, shoulder stability, and rotator cuff strengthening leading to greater arm strength are just a few of the athletic movements that are applicable to the game of baseball. Athletes will develop the speed, power and strength that will allow them to become a five tool baseball player.

Basketball Specific Training

System challenges players to maximize their abilities through comprehensive basketball-specific strength, flexibility, movement, agility, and speed training while seamlessly integrating on-court basketball skill instruction. Centered on the concepts of a comprehensive approach to each athlete, the Impact Training System will produce enduring results. Within the framework of the Impact training program  

Football Specific Training Program

The training will emphasize footwork and focus on first step quickness, linear and lateral speed, agility, and strength training. All of which are essential for game day performance. Players training in our program will be able to out perform their competition, and will be suitably conditioned to sustain the demands of a football season.

Soccer Specific Training

Designed specifically to enhance the performance of soccer athletes. Athletic movements centered on the game of soccer will be trained to ensure proper mechanics are developed and injuries are reduced. Linear speed, lateral quickness, footwork, and strength are the core components of this class.

Volleyball Specific Training.

The dynamics of volleyball specific training will primarily focus on vertical explosiveness, rotational power, core strength, shoulder stability and lateral quickness.
